England's Wayne Barnes to officiate Springboks' Rugby World Cup final clash against All Blacks
England's Wayne Barnes will referee South Africa's Rugby World Cup final clash against New Zealand in Paris on Saturday.He is the most experienced referee in the world, having officiated 110 internationals.
He will be assisted by Karl Dickson and Matthew Carley with Tom Foley named as the Television Match Official. All three are from England.Interestingly, Barnes will become only the second Englishman to officiate the final.
