Westrup says the plan is to fully optimize hybrid working where he and other senior staff are visible and approachable all day. Changes are being made to better the ways people work, with a flexible schedule allowing teams to work together in the office with the option to work from home on alternating two or three days per week.Article content
Wood’s Canadian operations service the oilsands , petrochemical/refining, pipelines and other midstream assets offshore, mining and potash. It is currently involved in a number of energy transition projects, including carbon capture, hydrogen and biofuels.Article content
