Could the fear of the family coming down on her like a ton of bricks stop Mandy from getting close to Paddy again? Lisa Riley isn't so sure.
"She's always been a doormat when it comes to relationships and she refuses, because she knows it's not right and I think in the back of her head she can also hear the rest of the family going, 'Mandy, don't do it'", the actress said.Fans of the Yorkshire-based program will remember Mandy and Paddy have a long history together, as they've been involved in an on-off romance since 1999.
And Lisa couldn't help but notice how eager viewers have been for the legendary couple to fix their romance."What we did realise was when the pandemic hit everybody was watching Paddy and Mandy on the lunchtime and they just loved it. That generation weren't even born."
