The Mandy Dingle star completely overhauled her lifestyle a few years ago
The Mandy Dingle star won audiences over when she first arrived in 1995, bagging the "Best Newcomer" gong at the National Television Awards in 1996. Over the years Lisa has undergone a huge lifestyle overhaul, with the 47-year-old at one point losing an incredible 12 stone.
But the weight loss was only the beginning of her journey to feeling comfortable in her body, the Mirror reports. Lisa said she was left feeling like a "saggy mess", with painful folds of skin and no other choice but to undergo four surgical procedures. "It never occurred to me that the loose skin would be so bad. I thought why on earth have I lost all this weight? I looked worse than I did when I was obese. And it was the pain as well. The skin was flapping about and dragging."
