After an emotional exit, Aaron Dingle will be back on our screens to mark Emmerdale's 50th anniversary and actor Danny Miller says he would consider a permanent return to the ITV soap one day
Emmerdale's Danny Miller, who plays Aaron Dingle on the soap, has revealed he would be up for a permanent return to the ITV soap after his character left in emotional scenes last year.Following the murder of his boyfriend Ben Tucker by evil serial killer Meena Jutla Aaron left the village, but now actor Danny is back on the soap to celebrate its 50th anniversary and has opened up about the huge 'risk' that he took in deciding to quit the show.
He added: "Emmerdale's been huge for me. It was kind of an honour that they wanted me to come and say happy birthday. It has been really nice getting back and seeing everyone and there's a lot of new faces and there's a lot of old faces and it's been nice to get to know them and catch up with the people that I've not seen for a year."
Danny also spoke about how he hasn't ruled out a permanent return to Emmerdale, but says now isn't the right moment. Emmerdale is set for dramatic storylines in special episodes for the soap’s upcoming 50th anniversary that will leave the village forever changed, bosses have revealed.
