Tom spent the episode chasing Belle down before she fought back against him
ITV Emmerdale fans have been left scared for Belle's future after she fought back against Tom at the end of today's episode.
Instead, she told Tom and Belle and Tom finally came face-to-face. Tom continued his gaslighting and abuse, before getting physical and assaulting Belle when she stood up to him. Belle then fled into an old farmhouse and locked the door, but Tom made his way in with an axe. Belle tried to fire the shotgun, but the safety was left on and Tom snatched it away. Amelia also revealed what she had done to Amy, Sam and Lydia who raced back to help her.
