After the events of recent weeks in Emmerdale, it’s safe to say that Caleb Miligan is far from the most popular resident in the village.
Throughout the episode and the week leading up to it, one by one the villagers had all shown their contempt for Caleb’s actions as he continued to cross them time and time again, revealing an entire smorgasbord of possibilities for who was willing to take justice into their own hands and make Caleb pay for his dodgy dealings.
The following day, Moira attempted to deter Cain from revenge while a heartbroken Gabby hid at Home Farm having been humiliated by Nicky’s gay confession last week. Meanwhile, Leyla rejected Caleb when he tried to apologise for his scheming. Licking his wounds, Caleb soon found an unlikely source of comfort in the arms of his cousin Charity, who initially agreed to keep their steamy night a secret.
