Today's romance twist was so unexpected fans say they never saw it coming
Emmerdale fans are in a state of disbelief tonight after a surprising love twist that they didn't expect.
In tonight's episode , Caleb Dingle and Tracy were revealed as the new love affair twist. The revelation came during the Dingle Court convened by Lydia Dingle to find out who killed Craig the rapist. In the session, everyone was again asked to account for their whereabouts on the day Craig was murdered. Caleb then revealed he had met up with Tracy.But, as Caleb recollected, via flashbacks, viewers were let in on a secret - the two had kissed. Nate, who has just recently married Tracy didn't find out about the kiss, but both Tracy and Caleb had flashbacks about it.
In fact, towards the end, Caleb even texted Tracy saying that their "secret was safe". The unexpected affair sent Twitter into a meltdown.
But, incredibly, a few other viewers say they did see it coming. On Twitter , @Jamal06122771 argued: "Am sure am not the only one that saw this coming from the moment Tracey stood in front of Caleb, you could tell they wanted to suck faces off each other. Oh Tracey what have you started? Caleb is Caleb, but you of all people. #emmerdale"
