As adults, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, constantly striving to be productive and ‘adulting’ 24/7. But as I’ve come to realise, it’s just as important to nurture the playful, carefree parts of ourselves.
As we grow older, life starts to feel like an endless to-do list. Between work, social commitments, and the ever-present hum of social media, it’s easy to feel like we’re caught in a cycle of perpetual exhaustion.
