Now, though, an email from the unnamed individual seems to show they were calling for an inquiry before Phil’s affair became public knowledge. This isn’t the first time a former employee has claimed to have called for an investigation into This Morning’s culture.However, after doing so two years ago, he says he was ‘managed out’ and no longer needed on screens.: ‘We are sorry to read Dr Ranj’s post today.
