Sir Elton John had a shock fall last month and is now recuperating at one of his many mansions dotted around the globe, with a sprawling balcony and enormous outdoor pool
Sir Elton John has an extravagant number of homes dotted all around the world and is reportedly resting up at one of his most luxurious abodes in the south of France.
In true Elton style, the legendary singer opted to paint the lavish mansion a bright shade of lemon from its traditional red brick building, giving it the nickname of the "yellow palace". The exquisite pool area has colourful flowers dotted around in beds and terracotta plant pots, along with an arrangement of statues.
The "yellow palace" is extremely private and was no doubt an appealing feature for the star as it's situated in the hills of Mount Boron, Castel Mont-Alban. The family of four also spend a lot of time in the US, where they have two neighbouring mansions in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, which is where they spent lockdown during the global pandemic.
