Pitso Mosimane's Al Ahly ended their four-game winless run in the Egyptian Premier League after scoring twice in second-half stoppage time to defeat ENPPI on Saturday night. SLInt ICYMI:
Mosimane continued to rotate his side after a goalless draw against National Bank of Egypt, as Salah Mohsen was recalled to partner Mohamed Sherif up top in place of Percy Tau, who dropped to the bench.
Al Ahly could not maintain their rhythm in attack in the latter phase of the first stanza and found a firm resistance from their hosts as the first stanza came to a close without goals. However, Shalaby eventually broke the deadlock for the hosts a couple of minutes later with a low free-kick that found the bottom corner.
