EFTCorp's President of software engineering is now its Chief Product Officer.
Formerly the company’s President of software engineering, he brings a wealth of experience to the role.The folks at local fintech firm EFT Corporation have announced the appointment of a new chief product officer in Paul Selibas.
As CPO, Selibas will be tasked with maintaining EFTCorp’s position as a trusted partner for modern banks and the creator of payment solutions that are tailored for regional markets in Africa. This includes accelerating the adoption of digital payment solutions in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Ghana, and the broader East and West Africa regions.
The new CPO says that while driving innovation forward, he will also remain focussed on building products on EFTCorp’s four key pillars. These are Banking-as-a-Service , acquiring, issuing, and payment orchestration. While the importance of each shifts over time, all four pillars are essential to EFTCorp’s success.
