Economic Freedom Fighters ( EFF ) supporters are set to march through Johannesburg on Tuesday as the Constitutional Court prepares to hear their case regarding the Phala Phala scandal. The march will begin at 8am from Mary Fitzgerald Square in Newtown and proceed to the Constitutional Court in Braamfontein. The EFF and African Transformation Movement (ATM) argue that Parliament's rejection of a report on the Phala Phala scandal involving President Cyril Ramaphosa was irrational and unlawful.

They demand accountability for Ramaphosa over the theft of foreign currency at his Limpopo farm in 2020. The EFF also plans to ask the court to declare parliamentary rules on independent panel reports invalid and unconstitutional. President Ramaphosa will defend the application, stating that the report's contents are substantially flawed and lacks evidence
