JOHANNESBURG - It doesn’t look like Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema will be heeding Judges Matter’s call to apologise for remarks he made about East London Magistrate Twanet Olivier last week.Malema last week called the magistrate “incompetent” and her ruling dismissing his application for a discharge from the case “a sponsored judgment”.
Judges Matter said while the judicial officers aren’t beyond criticism, this must be “substantiated and measured”.
