Clearly not all landowners adhere to the We’re-All-In-This-Together mantra. By which we mean working together to densify the city’s tree canopy to the benefit, not just of the city, but the planet. What is surprising is that 57 of the city’s 140 neighbourhoods have seen a decrease in canopy coverage, particularly in neighbourhoods in the north and west of the city.
