The district says funding has been a challenge due to a decline in enrollment.
The district’s task force will lead Thursday night’s presentation and will go over the recommendations the committee put together over the last two months.
The task force, which is made up of district teachers and parents, will shares their findings with the public during their first community meeting. In a statement, the district told us the direct impact to schools will be minimal, as the focus is one providing the best opportunities and resources to students.That meeting is set for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Kennedy High School auditorium.KENS 5
