Concertgoers have applauded the safety measures at the Ed Sheeran concert in Johannesburg.
Johannesburg Public Safety MMC Michael Sun has joined the patrolling team in and around FNB Stadium.There was concern beforehand because of the chaos after the Global Citizen Festival last year.
READ:They were waiting to be picked up after the concert.A safe place within the FNB precinct was created for pick-ups as fans made their way home while police patrolled the area.They'll be hoping their efforts pay off as they aim to record a crime-free event.
