Each weekend we like to find some good trouble to get into. Here are some of our favorite options this weekend.

The ice cream and waffle shop Dolly Llama is hosting a grand opening in Plano this Saturday. Each week we dig around and find unique, boozy and indulgent things to get into around Dallas. It could be an event, a special release at a bar, a seasonal pastry or just a weekly menu special we can't stop thinking about. Here's what we've got our eyes on this week.

As we approach the Fourth of July there's lots to do around Dallas. If you're looking for a new spot to check out, we recently wrote aboutMosaic Makers, 401 N. Bishop Ave.

. From the event page:"Bring yourself or your whole dance crew and join in the rounds and mini games anytime between 6-8pm to win pours, merch and crispy pitchers." Music bingo is free, and plenty of beer is available for purchase.11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday, June 30a wide array of food trucks along with activities throughout the park. The Nancy Best Fountain will certainly be a focal point. Admission is free. Food truck prices vary.1–9 p.m.

The ice cream and dessert spot Dolly Llama is opening a new store in Plano. On Saturday the first 100 guests in line will receive a"ton of free swag." In addition to over-the-top ice cream creations, Dolly Llama serves a unique bubble waffle cone influenced by Hong Kong street food. The spot also has traditional Belgian waffles, waffle boxes with toppings and milkshakes., it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Dallas, and we'd like to keep it that way.
