An Eastern Cape mother who was accused of killing her four children died in hospital on Sunday.
Her children, Lizalise Inganathi , Othalive and Elihle , were found dead in their home in Tsalaba Village in the Eastern Cape.Her father, Mthundezeli Simayile , told City Press at the time that he was woken up by his daughter saying:"Tata ndibabulele abantwanna bam ."She was set to appear in the Ngcobo Magistrates' Court on Thursday. Her bail application was postponed to November 29 after she collapsed before the magistrate.
She did not say what the nature of the sickness was, and she was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention, where she died. The cause of her death is yet to be established, once the postmortem has been conducted.
