An Eastern Cape man has been arrested after allegedly trying to sell the penis of a 68-year-old man.
“This is a despicable and cruel act. The actions of the suspect are inhumane, and justice must take its course.” Nkohli believes the man was looking for a buyer in Butterworth after chopping them from the 68-year-old man in OR Tambo District.
