A senior official in the Eastern Cape Department of Health has been arrested for fraud. Hawks Eastern Cape spokesperson Warrant Officer Ndiphiwe Mhlakuvana confirmed the arrest saying:"He's facing allegations of fraud, forgery and uttering.
