"We are now engaged in the mop-up operations, working with the Gift of the Givers and the provincial government to clear the area," said Buffalo City Mayor Xola Pakati. "We have to this end recorded five fatalities, including one person who could not be accounted for so we are worried that person could be one of the statistics."
