The video was shared with her family by a friend, revealing the chilling reality of her situation. Emaan's family is desperate for her return and has appealed to the kidnappers for her release. They remain uncertain about the kidnappers' motives, as communication has been cut off.The Pakistani community in East London, through the Pakistan South Africa Association, is organizing a large-scale march to raise awareness about Emaan's kidnapping and put pressure on the perpetrators. They are calling for her safe return and demanding justice for the young girl. Adding to the grim situation, a recent attempted rescue of a kidnapped individual near Willow Park led to the capture of one of the kidnappers. Valuable information was obtained from his interrogation, including the discovery of a house linked to the kidnapping network and CCTV footage that could provide crucial leads. Another child was kidnapped in Dimbaza last month and released after a substantial ransom payment of R200 000.
