Lola receives some devastating news which is set to leave BBC viewers in tears
There's emotional scenes ahead for EastEnders fans this week so make sure there's tissues at the ready as Lola receives devastating news.
The mum-of-one has become so poorly that she's unable to work at the salon so Kim arranges for a karaoke leaving night for her but it all becomes a bit too much for Lola and she steps outside to reflect. Confused Lola then wakes up in hospital surrounded by Ben, Jay and Billy. Doctors then deliver the heartbreaking news that her palliative chemotherapy treatment is no longer working for her.
Lola's white coffin has engraved hearts on the side, and is surrounded by pink and white flowers including one arrangement that spells out 'Lola'. On Instagram, Danielle said: "Lola’s story has been a very hard one to tell and one that means so much to me and sadly effects so many people.
