EastEnders Christmas 2023 flashforward — all the clues you might have missed 😮
EastEnders boss Chris Clenshaw has urged fans to "look at every detail" as the BBC One soap released a first look at the 2023 Christmas episode in a flashforward scene on Monday.
"There’s also a few treats in the scene if you look hard enough. What I’d also say is that a lot can happen in Walford between February and December – circumstances can change, relationships can change, loyalties can change – so what you may suspect now could be somewhat different as we make our way through 2023 and head towards Christmas.
Taking to Facebook, one person shared a picture of the scene with Lola's picture circled, they penned: "A picture of Lola must mean she dies near to Christmas." Fans spotted a picture of Lola on the bar next to Linda, appearing to confirm that Lola will die before Christmas, and soap watchers think this proves Phil is the man that Sharon is marrying.
While another soap watcher added: "That's a picture of Lola on side of the bar. So she's dead. And that's likely Sharon and PHIL'S wedding?! #EastEnders." Champagne bottle Fans think Stacey, who is covered in blood, could actually kill the victim and Denise takes the weapon off her - as she is seen holding a broken Champagne bottle in the scenes.
