The eastbound lanes of Interstate 580 have reopened in Oakland due to a shooting investigation, CHP said.

The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. near the Seminary Avenue off ramp , not far from the Highway 13 split. According to CHP, the off ramp was closed, while officers searched for evidence in connection with a shooting.
