Police in Richmond, Calif., are calling on the public to find a missing 16-year-old and her 1-year-old son.
The Richmond Police Department is asking the public to contact the department if they see a 16-year-old mother and her 1-year-old son who have gone missing.
Kenia Cabrera-Delgado and her son, Edgar were last seen at their residence in Richmond on Sunday, March 13, police said. The teenager may have run away from home as she recently learned that she and her family would be relocating to another state, she was"extremely upset with the decision," a news release from the Richmond Police Department said.
Cabrera-Delgado's mother discovered that her daughter and grandson, along with their personal belongings, were no longer in the residence early Monday, March 15. Kenia’s cell phone service has been disconnected. If you see anyone matching their description, or have information regarding their whereabouts, you can call Detective O. Johnson at 510-672-1160, or Richmond police dispatch at 233-1214.
