Rhys John Bennett, 22, made no plea during a private hearing at Aberdeen Sheriff Court
A man has appeared in court charged with murder following the death of "deeply-loved" mum Jill Barclay in Dyce. Rhys John Bennett, of Ballingry, made no plea during a private hearing at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today, after being charged over the 47-year-old’s death.
They said: “Jill was a deeply loved life partner, mother and daughter. We would now appreciate being left in peace to grieve privately.” More than £8800 has already been raised within hours of the page going live with several friends and acquaintances sharing tributes and stories about how they knew Jill.
