Think you're eligible for the Winter Fuel Payment? Here's what you need to know, including how to claim. How much you'll get How much you get will depend upon your circumstances during the qualifying week. The qualifying week for winter 2022 to 2023 is 19 to 25 September 2022. The table below indicates the amount you should receive and includes a ‘Pensioner Cost of Living Payment’. This is between £150 and £300. You’ll only get this extra amount in winter 2022 to 2023.
