The driving authority has said that certain online services will be unavailable as the website undergoes maintenance updates.
Drivers who are looking to tax their vehicle online this weekend won't be able to do so as the DVLA service will be temporarily unavailable.
An announcement on its website said changes are being made due to the Spring Budget. Car tax costs are to increase from tomorrow, as part of the government announcement earlier in March. It comes as drivers are being warned that car tax prices are set to increase by 10.1 per cent on April 1, in line with the Retail Price Index that measures inflation.
