PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte ordered his official family to use the state-owned People’s Television network to explain issues to Filipinos across the country, Malacañang said on Tuesday.“The Chief Executive instructed the members of his official family to utilize the government-owned television station to explain issues concerns to the public relative to their respective departments,” Panelo said in a statement.
