Mthembu says a high voltage line at Shallcross that connects the two substations tripped, causing the explosion at Klaarwater.He says the Shallcross substation was repaired and electricity was restored last night. "As of now, based on the fault that happened on Tuesday evening not a single customer who is still suffering from that outage.
"Other customers who may be suffering are the customers who are suffering because of the normal outages that are happening in our network. But other than that everybody is back on and it is working 100%."
