While out in Paris for a YSL Beauty event, Dua Lipa wore a chic hairstyle reminiscent of the iconic 2000s pouf.
Dua Lipa is taking a walk down memory lane. Her latest look is an ode to an unforgettable Y2K trend: the “pouf” hairstyle. It was everywhere in the late 2000s, from The Hills star Lauren Conrad to Jersey Shore to Lindsay Lohan. The pouf could be attained in a few different ways, including pulling your fringe up and back, creating some volume and pinning it back; teasing your hair; or wearing the infamous Bump-It . Poufs walked the hallways at school and the red carpet.
Unlike the poufs of the past, Dua left her bangs down and out, pulled to one side of her face instead of pinning them up with the rest of her hair. She wore minimal makeup for the event, not even a trace of her go-to Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick in Scenic Brown.
