DStv subscribers can now enjoy the Universal streaming service that DStv officially launched on Friday. All subscribers in South Africa can access it for free:
“We’re thrilled to launch Universal+ with our long-standing partners DStv, giving their customers a brand-new way to enjoy a vastly expanded catalogue of our best content,” said Lee Raftery, NBCUniversal International Networks and direct-to-consumer managing director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
According to DStv, as long as you are subscribed to DStv Access or higher, you will get access to content through Universal+ from at least one of these channels at no extra charge. “If you’re wondering why you can’t see some of the programmes on Universal+, that’s because the content is available for the channel brands that are included on your DStv package,” MultiChoice said in a
