DSP Media And BEATS Entertainment To Debut New Girl Group Later This Year
On June 22, DSP Media announced, “In the second half of the year, we plan to launch a new five-member girl group.”
The upcoming girl group will be produced in collaboration with BEATS Entertainment, which was founded by producer and rapper Kiggen. He has previously produced songs for artists like Shinhwa, SEVENTEEN, TWICE, Wanna One, and more. DSP Media commented, “With our systematic artist planning and production system as the foundation, we will launch our new girl group and continue our legacy as a girl group dynasty.”
DSP Media has previously debuted girl groups like Fin.K.L, KARA, and April. Other artists currently under DSP Media include KARA’s Heo Young Ji, Ahn Ye Eun, KARD, Lee Jin Jae, Baby Blue, MIRAE, and more. Recently, DSP Media merged with Good Fellas Entertainment with plans to expand its actor management sector.
