, killing his passenger and seriously injuring a woman in a bedroom in early February in Washington Township, Warren County, authorities say.

“Additionally, Nunn was determined to be driving in excess of 100 mph based on crash data retrieval information downloaded from the vehicle,” Preiffer said in a news release Friday afternoon. “I lost my license in the accident,” Nunn said. The judge then repeated Nunn’s statement as a question and Nunn responded, “Yes, I haven’t seen it since.”

Nunn was thrown from the vehicle during the crash and found on the first floor, Pfieffer said at the time. His injuries were minor, authorities said. The other homeowner, Tim Terry, was not in the room at the time and was unhurt, officials said. He was taken to Hackettstown Medical Center as a precaution, Pfeiffer said.
