Officers found a man asleep in the driver seat of the vehicle near the exit of the car wash, police said. Officers woke up the man and arrested him without incident.Investigators say the man was prohibited from driving at the time of the incident. A 35-year-old London man is charged with impaired operation of a vehicle and operating a vehicle while prohibited.Anyone with information about the case is asked to call London police at 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS .
