Harley Michael Henry, 39 years old from Jacksonville, was arrested last night for Child Neglect, DUI, & DUI w/ Property Damage after crashing his vehicle.
NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla — Harley Michael Henry, 39 years old from Jacksonville, was arrested last night for Child Neglect, DUI, & DUI w/ Property Damage after crashing his vehicle near the intersection of Florida Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard.Neptune Beach Police state that Henry had his 9-year-old child in the vehicle with him at the time of the crash. Henry blew a .157 BAC, nearly twice the legal limit.
“Stop driving under the influence. Stop putting our youth in danger. Stop putting Neptune Beach citizens in danger. We will catch you, we will arrest you, and we will feature you on here. Call a cab, Uber, Lyft, Beach Buggie. If you live at the beach and have exhausted all resources, call us. Do not drink and drive!” stated Chief Key in aRight lane blocked due to crash on FL-115 Eastbound near Martin Luther King Jr Pkwy.
