The owner of this lime green Kia sparked some furious debate online due to their 'inconsiderate' parkingin a car park off Belvoir Road in Coalville, Leicester, was posted online with some suggesting the driver should be "ashamed" of themselves.
The gap between the two bays is not a parking space, therefore the car was left blocking access to two disabled parking spots - leading to much outrage online. The original poster said: "I've seen some inconsiderate parking before but this really takes the biscuit.
