The NYPD says a shooting victim sprayed an attacker with gas during an attempted robbery at a gas station, surveillance shows.
According to police, the 51-year-old driver pulled up to the gas station, and as he got out of his white Range Rover, the suspect came around to the front of the SUV and attempted to rob him.
The driver attempted to fight back by spraying the suspect with gas, but that’s when police said the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him in the head before fleeing southbound on Webster.Man shot in head at Bronx gas station"Criminals are getting bolder.
