Police charged a 44-year-old Napanee man with impaired operation, which resulted in the suspension of his licence for 90 days. The following day, just before 9 a.m., police received a complaint about a possible impaired driver on Pembroke Street East in Pembroke, which is about a half-hour drive north of the Township.
