Driver dies after crashing into traffic signal pole in Mira Mesa [Breaking]
A driver suffered fatal injuries when he crashed his car into a traffic signal at a Mira Mesa intersection on Wednesday night, police said
The man, who was not identified, was driving a 2018 Honda Fit hatchback east on Calle Cristobal shortly after 10:15 p.m. when he went through the intersection of Camino Ruiz and crashed into the traffic control signal, San Diego police said. The man suffered suffered serious injuries and was rushed by ambulance to a hospital, where he died after arrival. The age of the man was not immediately released.
