Drip owner Lekau Sehoana visited by the sheriff over papgeld
was caught on the wrong side of the law again when the sheriff of the court paid him a visit two weeks ago.Insiders say the sheriff repossessed furniture to recover the money he owes his estranged wife, Lebogang.
Last month, City Press reported that Sehoana had been taken to court by a Johannesburg-based advertising agency, Wideopen Platform, for owing it more than R20 million. He had allegedly negated an acknowledgment of debt agreement between them. An amount of R25 000 in respect of your son’s school uniforms, was payable on 1 March 2024. The balance of R25 000 is payable on 1 April.“On 26 February 2024, you undertook to furnish us with your financial disclosure form by 27 February. To date, you have not done so. This, even though on 30 January 2024, you were ordered to file your said financial disclosure form by Friday, 16 February 2024,” read the court papers.Sehoana was given seven days to submit his financial disclosure form.
City Press understands that after he allegedly kicked his wife out of the Fourways home under the pretext that it was to be renovated, he accommodated them in Midrand, claiming that it was his house.
