A drink driver killed a young carer in an accident after doing the same thing to a passenger in his car 14 years ago. for offences of driving.

A blood sample was back-calculated, and showed he had 100 milligrams of alcohol in blood, with 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood being the limit.
