Midfielder Saidou Khan, a University of East London high-performance scholar, studied for a BSc in Sport, Physical Education and DevelopmentSWINDON TOWN football star and University of East London Alumnus, Saidou Khan has received his first call-up to the Gambian National team.
Commenting on his call-up to the Swindon Town media team Saidou said “It’s a dream come true. Even if it was a friendly it would mean a lot, but seeing as it’s a qualification match, there’s everything to play for.” Midfielder Saidou, a UEL high-performance scholar, who studied for a BSc in Sport, Physical Education and Development, will join up with the Gambian national team on June 8‘The Scorpions’ currently lie in third place in Group G with two games remaining. Saidou played 37 times in all competitions for Swindon Town last season and joined them last year from National League side Chesterfield.
