Boasting degrees that range from a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education/English to a doctorate from George Washington University, Blanchard’s educational journey has seen him evolve from an English teacher to his most recent role as the Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education at Cumberland Valley.
