Downs' big decision on Onyango
Denis Onyango led Mamelodi Sundowns as they got their latest guard of honour ahead of the win against Royal AM on Tuesday. Denis Onyango woke up on Wednesday feeling the aches of getting his body to recover from the effects of playing consecutive full shifts for the first time this season.
It is for that reason that Onyango’s achievement is deserving of all the celebrations that it will get on Wednesday from his employers and his family upon arrival at home. The Brazilians will exercise the option on the veteran keeper’s deal and keep him as a solid second choice to Ronwen Williams.
