Cohen, Trump's former attorney and 'fixer,' testified as a witness last month as part of the ex-president's civil fraud trial in New York.
Michael Cohen, ex-President Donald Trump's former attorney and self-described 'fixer,' insinuates that Trump is running for office again solely to protect himself from a legal maelstrom.Cohen took the witness stand October 24 and October 25 in New York Attorney General Letitia James' $250 million civil fraud lawsuit against Trump, his adult sons and The Trump Organization in which they're accused of misrepresenting assets for financial benefits.
Cohen previously served jail time after pleading guilty in 2018 to multiple political and financial crimes related to hush-money payments made to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, which composed the basis for the first of four criminal indictments against Trump—who has denied wrongdoing in all cases.
