Former President Donald Trump is vowing to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate President Joe Biden's family if he is elected president in 2024.
Trump claimed that the"seal" has been broken and accused Biden of being"the most corrupt president in the history of the USA" in a post on Truth Social on Monday.
"Based on recent developments, including the former president’s announcement that he is a candidate for president in the next election, and the sitting president’s stated intention to be a candidate as well, I have concluded that it is in the public interest to appoint a special counsel," Garland said at the time.
"I have never once, not one single time, suggested to the Justice Department what they should do or not do relative to bringing a charge or not bringing a charge," Biden said on Thursday."I'm honest."
